After-Sale Support

After-sale support at SUHMAN covers the period from equipment delivery through the full operational life of the machine. The structure has four components: warranty coverage, installation and commissioning assistance, ongoing technical support, and spare parts supply.

Warranty

All SUHMAN equipment carries a standard two-year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship on main components: the main frame, motor and engine, bearings, and hydraulic system.

The warranty period begins from the date of equipment delivery. Claims are handled directly by SUHMAN's after-sales team. There are no third-party intermediaries in the warranty process.

Extended warranty and service packages are available on request.

Technical Support

Technical support is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, via phone and WhatsApp.

The first-response channel for most technical issues is remote diagnostics — SUHMAN's engineers work through fault identification and resolution remotely before recommending on-site intervention. This resolves the majority of reported issues without requiring engineer travel.

Where remote resolution is not sufficient, on-site service is arranged. Response time depends on destination.

Installation & Commissioning

SUHMAN provides the following as standard with every equipment order:

  • Detailed installation manual, supplied with the unit
  • Remote video guidance during installation and initial commissioning, at no additional charge
  • Control system configuration and calibration support, conducted remotely or on-site

On-site engineer dispatch is available for commissioning support. Availability and cost depend on destination and project scope.

Operator Training

Operator training is provided with each unit. Standard training covers:

  • Equipment startup and shutdown procedures
  • Daily inspection routine
  • Crusher setting adjustment and output size control
  • Hydraulic system monitoring
  • Identifying and responding to common fault conditions

Training is conducted on-site during commissioning where an engineer is present, or via structured remote session when on-site deployment is not arranged. Training documentation is included in the equipment package.

Spare Parts

SUHMAN supplies the full range of wear and replacement parts for all current equipment models, including:

  • Jaw plates (fixed and movable)
  • Toggle plates
  • Bearings
  • Blow bars
  • Concave and mantle liners
  • Screen mesh

Parts are supplied factory-direct. A regional warehouse serving Southeast Asia markets carries stock of standard wear components, with dispatch within 48 hours of order confirmation for stocked items.

For other regions, parts are dispatched from the main facility in Hefei. Lead time varies by destination and component.

Maintenance Guidance

SUHMAN provides a maintenance schedule and technical documentation with every unit. Recommended routine maintenance covers:

  • Daily: Visual inspection of jaw plates, bearings, and fasteners for wear or looseness. Check for leaks in hydraulic lines and fittings.
  • Scheduled: Lubrication of bearings and moving parts according to the service interval in the manual. Hydraulic oil level, pressure, and hose condition check. Wear parts measurement and replacement when tolerances are reached.
Detailed torque specifications, service intervals, and part numbers are contained in the equipment manual.
