Terms & Conditions

Standard commercial terms for SUHMAN equipment orders, including delivery time, warranty, spare parts supply, and service support. Final terms may vary depending on equipment configuration, destination country, and project requirements.

Spare Parts A full set of wear parts will be provided with the machine, and long-term supply is guaranteed
Service & Support
  • Upon delivery, our engineers will go to the site for commissioning and provide operation training for the customer’s engineers, along with operation documents and training videos. Our engineers will only leave after the customer’s engineers are able to operate the machine independently.
  • During operation, if any issue occurs, our engineers will provide remote diagnostic and troubleshooting guidance via video call.
  • If requested, we can also dispatch engineers to the customer’s site for technical support and guidance.
