Working Principle
Suhman SE-1060 mobile jaw crusher by Suhman is designed with a robust jaw crushing system mounted on a tracked chassis. It operates based on a mechanical compression principle: material enters the crushing chamber, where a fixed jaw and a moving jaw form a V-shaped cavity. The moving jaw periodically presses against the fixed jaw, crushing the material through repeated compression and shearing. This motion is powered by a heavy-duty eccentric shaft, ensuring consistent performance and reliable throughput even under tough conditions.
The machine features hydraulic adjustment for setting the discharge size, allowing operators to fine-tune product granularity according to specific requirements.
