Standard wear components for current models are stocked at SUHMAN's regional warehouse serving Southeast Asia. Dispatch within 48 hours of order confirmation for stocked items.

Main Facility — Hefei, Anhui

All parts, including non-stocked and model-specific components, are available from the main production facility in Hefei. Lead time varies by component and destination.

Best Practices

For operations in remote locations or markets with longer shipping lead times, SUHMAN recommends holding a minimum stock of critical wear parts on-site. Suggested stock levels depend on material abrasiveness, operating hours, and distance from the nearest supply point.
