Working Principle
SF-580D Heavy Duty Mobile Impact Crusher is a high-capacity, heavy-duty crawler-type mobile impact crusher designed to handle tough materials such as reinforced concrete, construction debris, and natural stone. At the heart of the machine is a powerful triple-chamber impact crusher with a large-diameter high-speed rotor that delivers efficient and consistent crushing through repeated impact and shearing forces.
Fine particles pass through the screen mesh and are collected below, while coarser particles slide down each deck. Each screen deck corresponds to a different size range, and multiple discharge conveyors transport the sorted material to stockpiles. The system can simultaneously produce four different sizes of aggregate. Its modular structure allows for easy assembly and maintenance, making it suitable for medium to large fixed screening projects.
