SS-7018
SS-7018 Mobile Inclined Vibrating Screening Plant
Mobile aggregate screening
The SS-7018 is a crawler-mounted inclined vibrating screening plant with a 220–320 t/h capacity. Its 3-deck screen (7000×1800mm) separates material into up to four size fractions simultaneously. The max feed size is 100 mm. The crawler chassis supports self-propelled movement across varied terrain. Single or dual power options available.

Application
SS-7018 Tracked Inclined Screening Plant is highly versatile and can be applied in a wide range of industries, including but not limited to the following:
- Quarries & Aggregates – Efficient separation of crushed stone into multiple aggregate sizes for concrete, asphalt, or road base.
- Mining Sites – Pre-screening of blasted ore to optimize subsequent crushing stages and improve overall plant throughput.
- Construction & Demolition Waste – Sorting brick, concrete, and mixed debris into reusable material fractions, aiding recycling efforts.
- Recycling Facilities – Handling reclaimed materials like concrete and asphalt, helping separate usable aggregates from fines.
- Infrastructure Projects – On-site screening for base materials at road, rail, and dam construction areas—minimizing material transport and speeding up logistics.
SS-7018 Mobile Inclined Screening Plant combines fast, modular screening technology with crawler mobility and on-board power, making it ideal for large-scale mining, aggregate, and recycling sites. Its design supports high throughput (up to ~300t/h), flexibility in screening levels, and operational independence—reducing setup time, transport logistics, and overall project costs.
Working Principle
SS‑7018 Mobile Inclined Vibrating Screening Plant is equipped with an inclined, multi-deck vibrating screen powered by vibration motors or eccentric blocks. Materials are fed into the unit’s hopper and distributed evenly onto the screen decks. As the decks vibrate, material stratifies naturally by size and is separated through appropriately sized mesh layers. Oversized particles remain on top, while finer ones pass through successive decks.
The inclined design ensures rapid transport of materials across each deck. Anti-clogging features prevent mesh blockages, ensuring continuous operation with high screening accuracy. It rides on a crawler chassis with low ground pressure and stable mobility. Integrated conveyors handle feed and discharge, while a track-mounted power unit (diesel and/or electric) supports autonomous operation, enabling rapid deployment without external power sources.
