SSP-6200
SSP-6200 Mobile Horizontal Screening Plant
Precise horizontal screening
The SSP-6200 is a crawler-mounted horizontal screening plant with 220–400 t/h capacity. Its 3-deck screen (6200 × 1930 mm) separates material into up to four size fractions. The horizontal vibration design handles sticky and damp materials effectively. The max feed size is 100 mm. Includes four integrated conveyors. Single or dual power options available.

Application
-
Mining & Mineral Processing
Ideal for pre-screening wet or sticky ore at excavation faces, reducing downstream crushing load and cutting transportation costs. -
Quarry & Aggregate Operations
Suitable for high-tonnage classification of stone and gravel into multiple size fractions—critical for concrete, asphalt, and road base production. -
Construction & Demolition Recycling
Efficient at sorting mixed debris—such as concrete, brick, and asphalt—into reusable aggregates, lowering landfill waste and enabling on-site reuse. -
Recycling & Waste Processing
Its anti-clogging design makes it ideal for materials with clay, mud, or fine particles—helping separate usable material from fines efficiently. -
Flexible Screening Deployment
Can operate independently or be paired with jaw, cone, impact, or hammer crushers to form mobile crushing-screening units for remote or multi-stage operations.
SSP-6200 Mobile Horizontal Screening Plant combines a horizontally vibrating, multi-deck screen with track mobility and onboard conveyors to deliver high-efficiency, high-precision screening—even in sticky or damp conditions. With capacity ranging from 300–500 tph, it supports a wide array of applications—from mining and aggregates to recycling—while reducing setup time, transport needs, and overall project costs.
Working Principle
SSP-6200 Mobile Horizontal Screening Plant is a crawler-mounted, horizontal scalping screen built for large-volume and sticky material processing. Its core features include:
- Three-axis, triple-deck heavy-duty screen box featuring eccentric shafts that generate both linear and circular vibration. The amplitude, frequency, and stroke are adjustable to match different material characteristics.
- Horizontal screening motion ensures materials remain on the screen longer for precise separation, making it highly effective for fine particles and damp or adhesive ores.
- Integrated conveyors—one under-screen belt and three side belts—deliver sorted material directly into separate piles.
- Track-mounted power and hydraulic system, enabling autonomous operation and swift movement between sites, with minimal manual input.
