SUHMAN's core functions are engineering and manufacturing. The roles we hire for cluster around three areas:
Mechanical design, crusher and screening system development, hydraulic system engineering, control system integration, and field application engineering. We work with tracked mobile equipment in demanding conditions — the technical problems are real and the tolerances matter.
Structural fabrication, machined component production, assembly, hydraulic installation, electrical installation, and quality inspection. Production is conducted entirely in-house at our facility in Feixi County, Hefei.
Technical sales, export sales, application engineering support, after-sales service coordination, spare parts management, and distributor support. Commercial roles at SUHMAN require genuine technical understanding of the equipment — we do not separate sales from engineering knowledge.
The facility is in Feixi County Economic Development Zone, Hefei City, Anhui Province — within the Anhui Dongfeng Electromechanical complex. The manufacturing environment reflects that origin: structured, process-driven, and held to standards that most civilian equipment manufacturers do not operate under.

For after-sales and commissioning support roles, SUHMAN periodically requires engineers with experience in mobile crushing and screening equipment who are based in or willing to travel to key markets: Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and South America.
