The SZ-450D is a crawler-mounted heavy-duty scalping screen with 200–500 t/h capacity. Its 2-deck screen (5150×1550mm) separates material into up to three size fractions. The max feed size is 500 mm, making it suited for large, coarse materials. Includes a chain plate feeder and three discharge conveyors. Diesel and electric dual power are available.

Working Principle
SZ-450D Mobile Heavy Duty Screening Plant is a track-mounted heavy-duty scalping screen designed for large, rugged materials. Its core operation includes:
- Vibrating screen box with multiple decks: Material is fed via conveyor into a robust screen housing equipped with high-frequency vibrators. The vibration shakes particles through layered meshes, separating them by size into three distinct fractions.
- Independent discharge conveyors: Three dedicated belt conveyors separately carry off the screened sizes, maintaining clear stockpiles and minimizing material mixing.
- Crawler mobility with self-contained power: Mounted on a track system, the unit can traverse rough terrain and be driven directly into work zones. It features both diesel and electric power systems, allowing on-site operation without external infrastructure.
