Quality Standards & Certifications
SUHMAN's approach to quality is structural, not cosmetic. It originates in the manufacturing standards of the Anhui Dongfeng Electromechanical complex — a China Ordnance Factory — and is applied across the full production sequence: materials sourcing, fabrication, assembly, testing, and pre-shipment inspection.
Certifications
SUHMAN products are manufactured in compliance with applicable international standards. Current certifications held include:
- CE Marking — conformity with European health, safety, and environmental protection standards
- ISO 9001 — quality management system certification
Warranty
SUHMAN offers a two-year warranty on all main components as standard — covering the main frame, motor and engine, bearings, and hydraulic system. This is double the one-year warranty standard among most comparable manufacturers.
Warranty claims are handled directly by SUHMAN's after-sales team, not routed through third parties. Remote diagnostics are available as a first-response channel; on-site service is dispatched when remote resolution is not sufficient.
Production Quality Controls
Quality control at SUHMAN is not a final inspection step — it is embedded at each stage of production.
Incoming Materials
Structural steel and core components are verified against specification before entering the production line. Suppliers are assessed against an approved list maintained by the engineering team.
Fabrication
Weld integrity and dimensional tolerances are checked at each structural assembly stage. Chassis and crusher module frames are inspected before proceeding to the next production phase.
Assembly
Hydraulic system pressure and flow are tested at assembly. Electrical and control system wiring is verified against schematic before integration.
Pre-shipment Testing
Every completed unit undergoes a full-load operational test before leaving the facility. This covers crusher chamber performance, hydraulic system behaviour under load, tracked chassis drive function, and control system response. A unit does not ship until it passes.
Engine Emissions Compliance
SUHMAN equipment can be configured with engines meeting the following emissions standards, depending on destination market requirements:
- China Stage IV
- EPA Tier 4 (United States)
- Euro V (European Union)
Wear Parts & Lifecycle
Critical wear components — jaw plates, toggle plates, blow bars, mantles, concaves, and screen mesh — are manufactured to the same specification as original equipment parts.
Replacements are supplied factory-direct from SUHMAN's production facility and from a regional warehouse serving Southeast Asia markets, with standard dispatch within 48 hours for stocked items.
