Working Principle
Suhman TZ‑6510 dual-core jaw crusher features a unique dual‑core design with two synchronized movable jaws arranged symmetrically in a V‑shaped crushing chamber. As the eccentric shaft rotates, both jaws move in unison—one at the feed side to grip and compress material during entry, and the other at the discharge side to crush material toward the outlet. This structure ensures continuous and thorough crushing throughout the chamber, extending the crushing stroke and increasing force at the discharge end—a key solution to structural limitations common in conventional jaw crushers.
The V‑shape cavity, combined with perfectly matched jaw plates, allows effective size reduction of incoming rock between the two jaws. Power is transmitted via belts ensuring both moving jaws operate in precise sync, creating a high compression ratio and consistent output size .
