What SUHMAN Looks For
in a Distributor

We are not looking for passive resellers. The crushing and screening business requires technical engagement at the point of sale — customers need to know their feed material, required capacity, and site conditions before any equipment recommendation can be made. Distributors who represent SUHMAN need to be capable of that conversation, or willing to develop that capability with our support.

The profile we typically work with:

Market Presence

You have an existing customer base in quarrying, mining, road construction, or construction waste processing. You are known in your market. You have sold capital equipment before.

Technical Capacity

You have, or are willing to develop, at least one technically trained sales engineer who can conduct site assessments and present equipment configurations to buyers.

Service Capability

You have, or can arrange, the capacity to support equipment in your market. This includes responding to basic technical queries, managing spare parts orders, and coordinating with SUHMAN's after-sales team for more complex issues.

Financial Standing

You can carry inventory of spare parts and manage standard payment terms.

What SUHMAN
Provides

Product Access

Full access to SUHMAN's current product range: tracked mobile jaw crushers, cone crushers, impact crushers, VSI crushers, and screening plants in the 80–450 TPH capacity range, in both tracked and modular configurations.

Technical Support

SUHMAN's engineering team provides pre-sales application support — equipment sizing, configuration recommendation, and technical documentation — for distributor-led enquiries. This is accessible via WhatsApp, email, and video call.

Training

Product training for distributor sales engineers covering the full product range, application knowledge, configuration logic, and competitive positioning. Training is conducted remotely or at the SUHMAN facility in Hefei.

Marketing Materials

English-language product brochures, technical datasheets, application case studies, and photography. Materials can be co-branded with the distributor's identity for key markets.

OEM / Private Label

For distributors who require equipment under their own brand, SUHMAN offers OEM and ODM services. Equipment can be configured, colored, and badged to the distributor's specification. Minimum order quantities apply.

Spare Parts Supply

Distributor access to SUHMAN's spare parts supply chain at distributor pricing. Southeast Asia warehouse carries standard wear components with 48-hour dispatch. For other regions, parts are dispatched from the main facility in Hefei.

Structure

SUHMAN distributor partnerships are structured as follows:

Territory

Distributors are assigned a defined geographic territory. SUHMAN does not actively sell direct to end users within an assigned distributor territory without the distributor's involvement.

Pricing

Distributors purchase from SUHMAN at a defined trade price. Retail pricing to end users is set by the distributor within agreed guidelines.

Agreement Term

Standard distributor agreements are for an initial period of 3 years, renewable subject to performance review.

Performance Expectations

Minimum annual sales volume targets are agreed at the start of each contract term. Targets are set based on market size and distributor capacity.
