SUHMAN's production facility is located at No. 43 Tangkou Road, Feixi County Economic Development Zone, Hefei City, Anhui Province, China. The site operates within the Anhui Dongfeng Electromechanical complex — a China Ordnance Factory — and shares its infrastructure, quality standards, and engineering culture.
Scope of Production
All SUHMAN equipment is manufactured on-site, from raw steel fabrication through to final assembly. The facility covers the full production sequence: structural steel cutting and welding, chassis fabrication, crusher module assembly, hydraulic system integration, electrical and control system installation, and pre-shipment testing.
Production Lines
The facility operates dedicated production lines for tracked mobile jaw crushers, cone crushers, impact crushers, and screening plants. Modular manufacturing allows configuration variation without disrupting line schedules — the same chassis platform supports multiple crusher module types.
Quality Standards
Production standards at the SUHMAN facility are derived from the ordnance manufacturing requirements of the parent complex. Key parameters — weld integrity, dimensional tolerances, bearing fit, and hydraulic seal specification — follow the same inspection criteria applied to defense-grade mechanical production.
Component sourcing follows a defined approved-supplier list. Core components including bearings, hydraulic units, and engine assemblies are sourced from suppliers with established international certifications.
Research & Development
SUHMAN maintains an internal R&D function focused on tracked chassis design, crusher chamber geometry, and integrated control systems. Product development has drawn on Austrian crushing technology as a reference base, with subsequent adaptation for mobile tracked applications and demanding processing conditions.
Export Preparation
