200 TPH Limestone Aggregate Production Line
A mobile impact crushing and screening line for limestone aggregate production, designed to supply concrete batching plants with four finished product sizes.
Project Overview
The project was built for a local building materials customer in Huangmei, Hubei, where limestone resources are abundant. The customer required a flexible mobile line for producing concrete aggregate with a design capacity of 200 tons per hour.
Because limestone is a medium-soft rock, SUHMAN configured an impact crusher and inclined screening plant. The line produces 0-5mm manufactured sand, 5-10mm, 10-20mm, and 20-35mm aggregate for commercial concrete supply.
